We’re in Music City Center! We heard you loud and clear last year. That’s why we’re keeping it all under one roof in Music City Center to help you avoid long walks, getting lost, etc., so you have the best experience ever!

Stay with us! Don’t forget to book your hotel room in our Isagenix room block. We have many hotels to choose from in all different price ranges; you can check them out here!

Your event badge is your ACCESS. You will receive an event badge on-site when you check-in at Registration at Music City Center. It is imperative that you wear this at all times during event functions, as this will be your access to the meeting spaces. Please know that we are unable to reprint badges, so it’s very important you hold on to yours tight!

NO SAVING SEATS! We ask that you please be respectful of other attendees and DO NOT save seats for anyone who has not yet arrived to General Session. Other attendees who are ready and present will have priority over anyone not yet in the room. If you would like to sit with your team, please be sure to arrive together! Our security team will be closely monitoring this on-site, so it’s important that you prepare accordingly.

We are a FAMILY company! While we believe that the sound volume, theatrics, and event content may not always be suitable for small children, we understand your desire to keep your children close to you. If you will have children on-site, please know that we will have a Family Room available.

Book your travel: For those attending the event in Nashville, make sure you arrive on August 10th! This is when all the action starts. Also, you’re not going to want to leave until Wednesday, August 14th.

Celebrate with us! We have a SPECTACULAR night planned for everyone at The Gala Awards on Tuesday night. The Gala Awards will be our final hurrah together, so make sure you’re there! Find out more information about it here!

Monday night is Team Night, so plan lasting traditions with your team! Maybe a leadership dinner within a hotel, or a team night out to a honky-tonk – anything fun and easy. Prepare yourself for NASHVILLE! Typically at Global Celebration, there is a LOT of walking and moving around. We suggest you start thinking about packing comfortable clothes and shoes, so you can stay on your A-game each day. There will be plenty of receptions to attend, so check out our What to Wear document (coming soon!) to find out about the attire you need for each incredible night! Not sure of what receptions we have? Don’t worry – it’s all listed for you here!

A: The online transfer deadline is August 4, 2019!

A: Although children are generally welcome at Isagenix events, children 16 years of age and under must be accompanied by a person 18 years of age or older, and proof of identity and age of the person 18 or older must be provided on request to gain admission to the event.  Isagenix reserves the right to limit attendance to certain events to persons who are at least 18. Due to the noise, volume, theatrics, and length of certain events, especially during general sessions, these environments may be uncomfortable for children under the age of 16.  Before deciding to bring children to any event, consider the environment and the potential impact on others attending the event. Isagenix will not issue refunds based on a complaint that any aspect of the event, including the behavior of other audience members, causes discomfort or offense to you or any children in your party.

A: We LOVE that you want to schedule a team meeting and encourage you to host something special either before or after our corporate event dates of Aug. 10 – Aug. 13.  Because of the short amount of time we have with you, any meeting planned outside of our corporate functions will not be approved within our event dates. A: Public parking is located all around Music City Center for $5 – $20, depending on which parking option you choose. To check out the options, find out more here! Additionally, there is parking available at Music City Center. For these rates, check out their website.

A: YES! Music City Center has free Wi-Fi for you to connect to, called “MCC Wi-Fi”. Happy surfing!

A: Why are you leaving us early?! We recommend everyone leave Wednesday, as the spectacular Gala Awards are Tuesday night – trust us, you won’t want to miss this! However, if you must leave us, please know that you will need to store your luggage at your hotel with the bellman or front desk. We will not have luggage storage available on-site. (Come on, just stay until Wednesday. Please?)

A: Each reserved seat is $199.

A: You can purchase 5 seats per transaction.

A: Seating includes priority check-in at registration, prime seating close to the stage and your name on your assigned seat!

A: 100% of ticket proceeds will be considered a donation to the Isagenix Legacy Foundation to fund future grants to nonprofit organizations. Hear about your newest grant recipients at Global Celebration 2019!

A: We currently receive grant applications in the spring and fall to consider new nonprofit charitable partners. All grant applications will be evaluated on how well they align with the goals of the foundation, stability of the organization, and impact they will achieve with requested funding. A: We are proud to have raised over $10 million for Make-A-Wish with our Customers, Associates, and employees since 2012. Although Make-A-Wish will no longer be our exclusive partner, they are one of our 2019 grant recipients and continue to receive funding from the foundation.

A: Please contact your tax adviser to determine whether your reserved seating purchase is tax deductible.  Only member who completed the transaction for the purchase will be considered the donor of the funds.

A: To ensure that you sit next to your team or an Associate of your choice, you must purchase all five tickets under one member ID. After all five tickets have been purchased under one member ID, you can transfer the tickets to the members of your group.

A: Tickets are assigned by the date and time of the purchase. Row and seat number are designated solely based on the order in which tickets were sold.

A: Tickets are first come, first served. To guarantee seats next to each other, the tickets had to have been purchased on the same invoice. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that you will be seated together unless the seats were purchased on the same invoice.

Yes, you will receive a link to RSVP by Thursday, June 20. You must complete the RSVP by Thursday, June 27 and won’t be able to make changes after that.

The prize acceptance form (PAF) is required to receive any prize being awarded/given to Isagenix Independent Associates from/by Isagenix. The PAF is a legal document in which those who are awarded or are receiving a prize acknowledge the prize, the terms and conditions under which they receive the prize, and understand that they are responsible for the taxable income reporting of such prize. If you are a potential winner, you may choose to forfeit the prize; if you do so, you will not receive the prize, and Isagenix will not report the value of the prize as taxable income. Yes, you must accept the terms of the PAF when RSVPing.

Isagenix is covering room and tax in a standard hotel room for up to double occupancy at the a hotel to be determined by Isagenix for the dates of Aug. 10-13 (four (4) nights). Any additional nights or charges will be your responsibility. Hotel assignment will be determined closer to the event date.

The first night’s room and tax deposit are non-refundable. Please check your existing reservation for further details or contact the hotel for more information.
Hotel confirmation emails will be sent approximately two weeks prior to the event.

If you wish to make any changes to your reservation (dates of stay, bed type, etc.), you may do so directly with the hotel once you receive your confirmation number. NOTE: Isagenix will ONLY cover the nights of Aug. 10, 11, 12, and 13. You cannot adjust your reservation to cover any other nights. If you wish to arrive earlier or later, your nights covered by Isagenix cannot be changed.

You may do so at your own expense. Isagenix will only cover your stay in your assigned hotel and is unable to accommodate hotel change requests.
Yes, you can transfer it to another name by contacting the hotel directly. Please note that Isagenix will still report the full value of the incentive. See below for more information.

If you receive an incentive through the Next Stop, Nashville promotion, you are likely responsible for applicable federal, state/provincial, and local taxes based on the full value of the incentive. You will not receive a cash equivalent or alternative prize for any unused portion of the incentive. Isagenix will report the full value of the incentive as income, even if you use only a portion of the incentive or otherwise gift or transfer all or a portion of the incentive. Consult your tax professional to ensure income is properly reported.
